How to Order

1. select the size and quantity of the desired product and click “Add to cart”.

(2) Confirm that the product is in the cart, and if you want to continue to view other products, click the “Return to Shop” button and select the product.

When all the items you wish to order are in the cart, check the contents and press “Proceed to Checkout”.

Please enter “1. Shipping Address Information” and proceed to “Next” to purchase.

(If you register as a member, you can enjoy a smooth shopping experience without entering your name and address, etc., by simply logging in the next time you shop.)

5. After confirming the shipping address information, select “2. shipping method” and “Normal shipping” and proceed to “Next”.

6. Click the “View Products” button at the bottom of the page to view the details of your order, and if there are no errors, please proceed to “3.

7. Select the payment method, either credit/debit card or PayPal, and enter the required information.

8. If your billing address is different from your delivery address, please uncheck “Same address as delivery address” and enter your billing address.

9. Click the “4. Confirm Order Details” and “View Products” buttons, and if there are no errors, click the “Purchase” button to complete your purchase.

An order receipt number will be displayed on the screen and an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered address.

*In rare cases, due to a time lag in inventory updates, an item may be out of stock and unavailable for delivery.

In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order.

The color of the product images may differ slightly from the actual product depending on lighting conditions and the environment of the customer’s smartphone or PC. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

The normal delivery time is 10-14 business days, but there is a possibility of delay depending on circumstances. Please note that any customs duty incurred will be borne by the customer.

We do not support date/time specification or delivery company specification.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

About size exchange.
We can exchange the item number, color, and size only once within 5 days from the date of delivery.
In this case, you will be charged for both the shipping cost to return the item and the shipping cost to send it back to us.
As a general rule, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product has never been used, is in the same condition as when shipped, and the tags are still on the product as delivered.

Returns and Exchanges
In principle, defective products will be replaced.
In case of any defects, please contact us by e-mail within 5 days from the date of delivery after checking the following items.

1. If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for the same item. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your money.

Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
In the following cases, returns will not be accepted for the customer’s convenience.

The image is different from the product image or the image worn by the model.
However, there may be a slight difference in color between the image and the actual product depending on the lighting conditions at the time of shooting and the monitor you are using to view the product.

Measurements are taken with the product in place.
Please note that the measurements are taken artificially, so there may be slight differences.

Cancellation Policy
We basically cannot accept addition, change, or cancellation of products or change of payment methods after an order is completed. Please understand this in advance.

Long-term absence or refusal to receive
If you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive the package, we may refuse to do business with you in the future.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction if we deem the transaction to be malicious based on past transactions.
